Checkout Help




If you are having trouble getting your credit card to validate, the most likely cause is the "billing address" you have designated for the order.  (The billing address is the SECOND address prompted for in our checkout process.)

The billing address of your order must match the billing address of the credit card you are using.  That is: the address where your credit card statement is mailed each month.  This address is used for credit card validation purposes only, and will not affect where your order is routed.  And we will not use your address for any other purpose, including marketing.

If that does not solve a validation issue at checkout, please make sure you have correctly entered all digits of your card, as well as the expiration date and the security code. (CVV).

If it still fails, please call us toll free: 1-888-286-1804 , and we will attempt to resolve the issue by phone.



If you are having trouble getting past the billing and shipping address portions of the checkout (if you can't get to the next step which is "show shipping options") look for a red line below your email address entry with a check-box that says "I confirm this email is accurate". Check that box and then the "show shipping options" button should appear at the bottom of the screen to take you to the next step.




In-store pickup is definitely an option, but unfortunately our checkout process doesn't make that clear at first.

The first checkout screen will prompt for a shipping address.  If you want to pick your order up in the store instead of having it shipped out, that's ok, please just go ahead and enter your home address as the ship-to address on the first screen.  You will countermand this on a subsequent checkout screen. Once all the addresses are entered, you will get to "shipping options," where you can select "PICK-UP AT STORE."  Once you select "pick-up at store" in the shipping options, the original shipping address you entered in the first section will be ignored.



Our checkout prompts for your email and phone number, and then the SHIP-TO address first.  (See above if you don't want your order shipped).  THEN it will ask for the billing address in the next section (Unless you click "same as shipping address").

The billing address is used ONLY to validate the credit card used for the sale, and must match the billing address of the credit card being used.  (The Ship-to address is where your order will be shipped, unless you select "pick-up at store" under shipping options)  The email address and phone number should be the PURCHASER's email and phone, as this information will be used ONLY to contact you if there is an issue processing your order. (And for no other purpose)
